Zenophone is owned and operated by JENOVA - FZCO, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its registered office located at DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using Zenophone, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Zenophone. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use Zenophone to (including but not limited to):
- Engage in illegal activities, fraud, or scams
- Make unsolicited commercial calls (spam/telemarketing)
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others
- Violate any local, national, or international laws
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service
- Use automated systems to make mass calls
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
5. Pricing and Payments
- Calls are charged per minute based on destination country rates
- Rates are dynamic and available at zenophone.com/fees
- The exact rate for your call is displayed before you dial
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- To support the Auto Top-up feature, your payment method is securely stored by Stripe for future transactions when you make a purchase
- Your account balance never expires
6. Refund Policy
To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are available for users who have not spent any credits
- The only exception: credits spent on calls that resulted in errors are eligible for refund
- Refund requests must be made within 2 weeks of purchase
Users who have violated our terms and conditions, including but not limited to engaging in illegal activities, scams, or mass calling operations, are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
7. Service Availability
We aim to deliver reliable, high-quality voice calls. However, call quality can be affected by factors such as your internet connection speed and stability. We cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted service and are not responsible for disruptions or quality issues caused by circumstances outside our control.
8. Emergency Calls
Zenophone is NOT a replacement for traditional phone service and does NOT support emergency calls (911, 112, etc.). Do not rely on Zenophone for emergency communications. Always use a traditional phone line or mobile service for emergencies.
9. Caller ID and Number Verification
You may verify your own phone number to use as caller ID. You must own or have authorization to use any number you verify. Misrepresentation or spoofing of caller ID is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and restrict access to Zenophone at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason—including, but not limited to, a breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use Zenophone will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply stop using the service or contact us to request official account deletion.
To request account deletion, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Any unused balance may be refunded at our sole discretion.
11. Limitation of Liability
Zenophone is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on Zenophone are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
14. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and post the revised terms here. By continuing to use Zenophone after changes are posted, you agree to the updated terms.
